By default, knowledge base articles are ordered by the date they were added. You can reorder articles using drag n drop. To enable custom articles order, go to MinervaKB Settings – Topics. Find the Enable articles custom order setting, enable it and save settings.
To reorder articles, in WordPress admin menu go to Knowledge Base – Topics. You should see a list of all your knowledge base topics. At the right side of each topic there is a count of articles, which links to the articles list for this topic. Go ahead and click it.
You will be redirected to the new page with articles list. Here you should be able to reorder articles simply by dragging them.
